 PBR Drain & Excavation is seeking an experienced Construction Supervisor to manage ongoing and future construction and remodelling projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in many facets of residential and commercial construction, and will be capable of overseeing and instructing workers in these areas. This position is full-time, in-person in Trinidad, Colorado and surrounding areas. 

Skills/Experience

• Minimum 5 years' experience, 10 years or more experience optimal
• Extremely knowledgable with all phases of construction
• Supervise and manage on site laborers and tradesmen
• Organized & efficient
• Great communication skills & comfortable working with clients
• Experience in running projects from beginning to end
• Project scheduling, quality control, material order & delivery, city inspections
• Knowledge of OSHA safety requirements
• Consistently demonstrate professionalism
• Self-motivated and able to work under minimal supervision

Additionally, knowledge and experience in the following areas are desired:

• Carpentry and construction/inspection/repair of wooden structures
• Cabinet and trim repair/installation
• Framing
• Restoration
• Ensuring construction adheres to all relevant codes and law

Background check & drug screening required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $62,400 - $104,000 per year based on experience.

Schedule: M-F and on call as needed
